Fundraiser night at Square Peg
Somebody sent you here because their group has a Tuesday with us. Here’s the whole thing: order from Square Peg that day — dine in or pick it up — mention them, and 20% of what you spend on food goes back to them.
What to do on the night
- Come in on their TuesdayThe one date and the one Square Peg your group named — not just any Tuesday, and not whichever location is closest. Any time from 4pm to close. No ticket, flyer or reservation needed.
- Dine in or take it homeBoth count. Eat with us or pick it up — the only orders that don’t count are the ones placed through DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub and the like.
- Say who you’re withTell your server, or whoever takes your order at the counter or on the phone. That’s how it gets counted.
What raises money
- Food — eaten in or picked up
- The one Tuesday your group booked, 4pm to close
- The Square Peg they named — each location runs its own night
- Any size order — a table of twenty or one pizza
What doesn’t
- DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub and other delivery apps
- A different Tuesday, or a different Square Peg
- Alcohol
- Tax and tip
None of this is us being difficult — it’s how the night gets counted fairly at the end. The short version: dine in or pick up, and say the name.
Questions
Do I need a flyer or a code?
No. Just say which group you’re supporting when you order.
Does takeout count?
Yes. Dine in or pick it up, either one counts. The only orders that don’t are the ones that come through a delivery app.
What time should we come?
Any time from 4pm to close, on the specific Tuesday the group booked. Earlier is usually quieter if you’re bringing small children.
What if I go on a different Tuesday, or to another location?
It won’t count. Each Square Peg hosts one organization per Tuesday, so the donation is tied to that date at that restaurant. Check the invite for which one before you set off.
Does my drink count?
Soft drinks are food sales and count. Alcohol doesn’t, and neither does tax or tip.
How much goes to the group?
20% of qualifying food sales across the whole night. We total it up after close and send the donation to the organization.
Can I come if I’m not part of the group?
Yes, and please do. Anyone who orders that night and mentions the group adds to their total.
