Our first Square Peg. Glastonbury is where the wood-fired oven got lit in 2020, and it’s still where regulars come for date nights, team dinners, and the same pie they’ve ordered since day one.
Every pie starts with dough made fresh daily and never frozen. Choose a red or white Neo-Neapolitan round or a crispy-edged Detroit-style pie, build your own, or go gluten-free with our 12″ crust. Vegan cheese is available on any pizza.
