How we make it

Every dough ball is made from scratch — in our East Hartford commissary kitchen for the Connecticut Pegs, and in-house at Delray Beach — then stretched by hand before it hits the wood-fired oven. We roast, simmer and season with purpose, and it’s worth it for the head-tilt, the smile and the “wow” after the first bite.

I’m not a big fan of pizza, but I will tell you this pizza, I can eat a whole small one by myself. That’s how good it is. My kids absolutely love their food.
The crust was exactly what I love: thin and airy but had a great bite and chew. It wasn’t greasy, and the mozzarella was tasty.
